Mike, I run a four bar wishbone lighting sprint. I read that wishbone reduce anti-squat which seems counter intuitive to getting weight to transfer to rear. But be that as it may, is their anything more specific to getting forward bite on a wishbone car vs. a z-link car? My car has three spuds on left side and currently have it mounted in top hole. Right side wishbone only one spud. I often wondered if another higher hold for right side would help with forward bite? Thanks...

A wishbone increases anti-squat, it does not decrease it. A wishbone will get more forward drive that a Z-link, all others variables being equal.
Raising the car up is the easy way to increase weight transfer from the front to the back.

Oh ya, 'increase anti squat', meaning back of car less squat down right? Also left side wishbone mounted in top hole would do what?? Thanks
