my front panard is mounted to the axle fixed on the left , chassis slider on the right . most in these cars run the slider about an inch above the axle at ride height.. what effects would it have if I was to switch and run it below so its like the rear bar is?

Lowering the front roll center, which is what you would do if you moved it below the axle, will transfer less weight from the LF to the RF and more from the LR to the RR. This, in general, depending on corner weight ands spring rates, will loosen the car. Roll center heights also change "how" the weight transfers. a lower roll center will transfer the weight more elastically (through the springs) and less geometrically (through the lateral locating device, in this case the panhard bar. elastic weight transfer happens slower than geometric.
